This highly interactive and participative leadership workshop is designed to take participants to the next level of systematic and practical management development focusing on essential skills: Managing the Job and Leading People.  The presentations, discussions and structured learning exercises will sharpen initial skills that leaders use on the job to prepare them for more responsible leadership in any organization.

 

At the end of the 8-hour ‘BRING OUT THE BEST’ Leadership Program, the participants will:

METHODOLOGY

 

The ‘BRING OUT THE BEST’ Leadership Program for Managers and Supervisors is highly responsive to the specific requirements and needs of the supervisors and managers.  Specific action plans are required at the end of every session that would serve as learning monitoring and evaluation systems.  This also ensures that learning is responsive to the needs of the organization.  If necessary, profiles, assessment instruments are used to ensure personalized learning and progress.

 

The instruction methodologies utilize structured learning exercises and experiential learning activities for stimulating and inspiring interactions.  Medium of instruction is English and Tagalog.

Ms. Maria Carla “Mara” Relova-Francisco

Maria Carla “Mara” Relova Francisco is the owner and Managing Director of MCRF HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT SERVICES, a Human Resource Development Company whose mission is to equip, enable and empower individuals to bring out the best in themselves through quality, customized and action-oriented learning interventions.

She has designed and conducted Customer Service, Presentation Skills, Coaching and Leadership, Communication Skills, Team Building and Personality Development programs for top corporations in the Philippines for more than 13 years already. She has conducted programs for companies like LBC, Ayala Land Corporation subsidiaries (Avida Land Corporation, Alveo Land Corporation, Ayala Property Management Corp. and APMC), Accenture, Generali Pilipinas, Globe Telecom, Isuzu Automotive Dealership, Inc., Jollibee Foods Corporation, Mitsubishi Motors, Mariefrance Group of Companies among others. She is currently an accredited faculty of Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas and Amicassa Process Solutions Inc (an Ayala Land subsidiary) for their Customer Service program. Her most recent consulting experience was with Performex, Inc. being the managing consultant for Learning and Development handling all training accounts. Performex, Inc. specialized in designing and conducting behavioral training programs, Strategic Human Resource Consultancy, and Psychometric profiling and behavior analysis. She handles sales, marketing, account management, training operations and training.

She graduated from De La Salle University (DLSU) with a degree in A.B. Organizational Communication.

She has over 30 years experience in Leadership, Community Development, Pastoral Care and Counseling. She is currently the Training Operations Head, Preacher and Leadership/Discipleship head of the Makati chapter of the Light of Jesus Community, a foundation whose goal is to reach out and Share the Light of Jesus as widely and effectively to people through evangelism, discipleship, ministry, community and worship.
