Engr. Felgie C. Magla-oy, REE

Engr. Magla-oy gained his experience as a Power System Planning Engineer at the Visayan Electric Company (VECO) for four (4) years. Distribution Line and Substation Sizing Optimization, Substation Siting and Load Flow Analysis using SynerGEE Software are some of his know-how. With his Power System background, he is now the Protection Engineer of WESTCO Electrical and Equipment Corp.

Engr. Russell Ian Paragoso, REE

Engr. Paragoso is an experienced power system protection engineer for almost 6 years. He gained his experience as a protection engineer at the Visayan Electric Company where he worked with protection and fault calculations using Aspen Oneliner and ETAP Power Station. He designed protection, control and monitoring schematics, and even do testing and commissioning with the protective relays. Later, he worked with Fluor Daniel Phils, an international EPCM company where he worked with protection and control designs. He even worked with WESTCO and even abroad, Saudi Electric Company. Right now, he is working as a freelancer with power system protection projects.
